Bug? Steam Library Won’t Sync#302

I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature that is not yet completed. When will this sync work properly?

Came here to find an answer to this. My wife loaded hers just fine but mine just…. doesn’t. No error no issue, just doesn’t sync.
