Add „resync covers“ to ganetrack settings#335

Games I put on my wishlist long time ago just keep their preview cover. For example in my library tears of the kingdom still shows the placeholder cover “breath of the wild 2”. I would like to update these covers by redownloading them

It’s not only the cover. Also the release date is not updating
