Manually add and edit achievements#419

Would love the ability to manually edit achievements, like downloading the metadata for the achievements and then manually editing this list
E.g. Games that normally have achievements but the steam version might not

Honestly that is practically a necessity for completionists. Especially if you lost achievements like what PSN does for example.
