Add minutes or decimal to manual playtime tracking#557

For Switch games, since hours played cannot be synced from Nintendo like on PSN or Steam, I have to manually input my hours played when I beat a game. It would be nice to have more fidelity in that manual input, since currently I can only add by the hour. Being able to input to the decimal level would be a nice feature.
