Define a format/API for importing games from files like csv, or common Excel files like .xlsx#564

With a defined clear format (for an api)the users can import their games instead of adding their games one by one. It’s kinda annoying when your backlog is greater than 50 or even 100.
Just a suggestion for a format:

• Game Name : String/Text
• Platform: String/Text
• Description: String/Text
• Releasedate: dd.mm.yyyy
• Publisher: String/Text
  and so on
