Add global option for using achievements for progress tracking by default#626

A option to use achievements for progress tracking with a single Toggle or Button press. Currently this has to be set for every game individually (Ideally this should be the default as this is the most accurate way to see progress in a game).

good point! i’ll add this as a global preference
