Add wishlist games to queue#361

Right now you can only add games in your library to the queue, but just because I don’t own the game yet doesn’t mean I’m not playing on playing it soon.

Definitely needed

So like myanimelist where you have games you haven’t rated and games you are planning to play. Sounds great 👍
